  • Delivery within Latvia parcel machine: €3,50
  • Delivery within Lithuania and Estonia parcel machine: €5,00
  • Delivery within Latvia courier: €8,00
  • Delivery within Lithuania and Estonia courier: €11,00

Venipak:

  • Delivery within Latvia parcel machine: €2,50
  • Delivery within Lithuania and Estonia parcel machine: €7,00
  • Delivery within Latvia courier: €8,00
  • Delivery within Lithuania and Estonia courier: €10,00

Post Service:

  • Delivery to Europe: €20,00 (except Estonia, Lithuania)
  • Delivery outside the EU: Price on request

Free shipping:

  • Free shipping to Latvia for orders from €50,00 and above
  • Free shipping to Lithuania, Estonia for orders from €70,00 and above
  • Free shipping to EU for orders from €100,00 and above

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors. We strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kid Pillow SIA. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy allows for product returns under the following conditions:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Products must be returned in unused and original condition.
  • Product returns are accepted within 15 days from the date the order is received.
  • Money refunds will only be issued once the returned product is received by us and confirmed to be in non-used condition.
  • Payment refunds may take up to 15 business days to process.

Please note the following additional details:

  • If a customer fails to collect their order from the designated parcel machine, a refund will be issued for the product cost only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
